A highly praised New York City aesthetics specialist, Azadeh Amjadi is a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over eleven years of experience in acute care, dermatology, and psychiatry. Throughout this decade, Azadeh has been an exemplary caregiver in three nationally renowned hospitals.

 

During her college years, Azadeh knew, without a doubt, that she was destined for a nursing career. As a new bachelor’s graduate from University of California - Davis (Psychology/Biology major), Azadeh decided to move 3000 miles from the comfort of her hometown in San Francisco to the Northeast to attend one of the best nursing schools in the country - The University of Rochester. Azadeh graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2006 and then kick-started her career working as a registered nurse at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester NY.

Bearing a high degree of responsibility (working through the various intensive care units) not only made this young nurse stronger but also eager to broaden her medical knowledge. By 2010, Azadeh acquired a Master of Science degree in Nursing and became an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. During her time at Strong Memorial Hospital, Azadeh worked at the Burn/Trauma Intensive Care Unit. It was there that her passion for making people look beautiful grew.

In 2011, an opportunity came calling and Azadeh moved back home to San Francisco. She worked at San Francisco General Hospital (SFGH), where she fulfilled her nursing duties giving quality care to patients in the cardiac intensive care unit; yet another highly strenuous environment - Azadeh just loves to be challenged!

​

Always moving forward with a positive, go get it attitude, she pushed to pursue her passion. While working at SFGH, Azadeh collaborated with Dr. Jeffrey H. Binstock part-time, and worked at his private practice specializing in liposuction, fat transfer and cosmestic eye surgery. In pursuit of her dreams, Azadeh moved to NYC in 2012 and worked at another prestigious hospital (New York University) as a Nurse Practitioner, went back to school for a post-masters degree in Psychiatric Mental Health at NYU, worked as a master injector at Boutique Body Plus (a luxury medical spa in the upper east side of Manhattan), before finally starting her own business. Forever Javoon Inc. was born in 2014.

Due to high demand and convenience for her clients, Azadeh provides services at five different locations: Manhattan, Jackson Heights, Flushing, Astoria, Kings Park, Manhasset, and Bridgehampton. She dedicates one day a week out of her schedule to practice psychiatry, but does firmly believe psychology is a part of the everyday practice being life.
